Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy/money back guarantee, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags/labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that we do not accept returns for change-of-mind reasons. All return requests are subject to our final approval.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

If the product has visible marks of abuse/misuse and it is not in its original packaging.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. 


Exchanges

All orders are considered final. Exchanges for a different color or model are not allowed. However, defective units may be exchanged after inspection and approval.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Duration of Warranty: This minimalist wallet is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or any alteration to the product.

Extent of Coverage: During the warranty period, Nomadico will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any defective minimalist wallet. The replacement may be a new or refurbished product. All replaced products shall become the property of Nomadico.

Claim Procedure: To make a warranty claim, the customer must:

  1. Provide proof of purchase, including the date of purchase.
  2. Contact customer support to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Ship the defective wallet, along with the RMA number and proof of purchase, to the address provided by Nomadico.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product to Nomadico. Nomadico will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product back to the customer.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage or misuse
  • Attempted repairs by unauthorized persons
  • Alterations to the product

Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Nomadico shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the product.

Modifications: Nomadico reserves the right to modify or terminate this warranty at any time. Any changes will be effective for all products purchased after the date of the change.
